Getting Wiser (not older🤪)

Rounding the corner to begin another trip around the sun, I was thinking recently about some of the most important things I’ve learned. I made a small list for you. I could have gone on and also added things like: wash your makeup after a night out, hydration is important, pee after sex and lift

Grief

I pick up a pen to write my thoughts. And all of the grief inside of me bubbles up to the surface from the bottom of my soul. I place the pen back down and try to gather every thought carefully, trying hard to place my feelings on paper without actually having to feel them.
